Brad, an experienced real estate professional, grew up on a 550-acre farm in Warren County, Kentucky, where he learned the value of hard work. After graduating from Warren East High School in 1979, he obtained a Welding degree from B.G.S.V.T.S. and attended WKU. Brad began his customer service career at United Parcel Service, where he worked for nearly 26 years, serving the region as a driver. During that time, he developed an interest in real estate, completed banking school, and began offering property valuations for a local bank. He earned his KY Real Estate License and started working as an agent for an independent real estate broker. Today, Brad is a Realtree United Country Land Pro and UC Hunting Properties Agent with over 700,000 connections. He specializes in farm properties, hunting properties, rural residential locations, and country homes. Brad is a dedicated member of the RASK, KAA, Lions Club, KY Colonel’s, and Mt. Zion Church of Christ. With his expertise and experience, Brad can effectively help hunters and others buy or sell their property.
