Matt was born in Bardstown, KY and was raised in the automotive industry. He moved to Bowling Green in 1998 to help with a plant start-up that provided jobs to 100 Warren county residents. His career path led to a corporate purchasing role where he worked on commercial negotiations and contracts. He also helped other companies move into the Bowling Green area to support the local industry.
Matt has an entrepreneurial spirit and has also been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years. During this time, he launched a corporate relocation and rental business to assist out of state residents to make Bowling Green their new home. He also renovated residential and commercial properties in Bowling Green and Franklin. His largest project was renovating the abandoned Oakland Elementary School into a large event venue that he operates today.
Matt joined the United Country team in 2019 and will be working towards his G.R.I. designation while growing United Country’s Special Properties Group. He is excited to help you with all of your selling and buying needs!
Tyler was born and raised in Bowling Green, KY. Tyler graduated from Warren East High School and is a recent graduate of Western Kentucky University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in General Business.
Tyler is new to the Real Estate Industry and brings fresh ideas and techniques to the field. Growing up in northern Warren county, he is familiar with the rural areas of Warren County as well as surrounding counties in South Central Kentucky. Tyler is honest, motivated and dedicated to providing personalized service to all of his clients. He is excited to help you with all of your real estate needs.
Greg became a realtor in 2004 after a 30+ year manufacturing career. Greg grew up in Danville Ky.and graduated from Danville High. He attended Kentucky Wesleyan College where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies and Education.
Greg's manufacturing career located him in several Kentucky communities and he is familiar with most parts of the state. He also helped to develop manufacturing in Mexico and managed factories there as well. He now resides in Oakland, Kentucky, near Bowling Green.
Greg specializes in rural properties, country homes, farms and recreational property. Greg grew up with a strong background in farming and country living. He still owns the family farm and spends as much time there as possible. He is an avid hunter. He especially enjoys archery hunting for whitetail deer and wild turkey hunting.
He says, “I love what I do, especially getting to know my clients and helping them with their real estate needs.”
Chris was born and raised on a cattle, crop, and tobacco farm in the Warren County/Bowling Green, Kentucky area. He graduated from Warren East High School in 1994 and from Western Kentucky University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He also graduated from the Missouri Auction School and Ward Elliott Institute of Real Estate in 1998 and has been a full-time realtor/auctioneer since.
He is a licensed Real Estate Broker & Auctioneer in Kentucky and Tennessee and is experienced in residential, farm, commercial, multi-family, and residential development property selling at auction and conventionally. He also is experienced in equipment auctions as well.
He and his young son now live on a farm where farm where they have a commercial herd of beef cattle. In their spare time, they enjoy playing sports together. Chris also enjoys riding horses and competing in team penning and ranch sorting competitions.
Brad Young, Realtor/Realtree United Country Land Pro Agent
Brad was born and raised in Warren County, KY. Growing up on a 550-acre cattle, tobacco and hay farm, he learned the aspect of what it meant to work for what you wanted. He graduated from Warren East High School in 1979 and went on to graduate with a Welding degree from B.G.S.V.T.S. and also attended WKU for a period of time. It was with United Parcel Service that Brad began his customer service career. Having worked for UPS almost 26 years, he drove much of the region and it was during this time that the idea of a real estate career after UPS began to develop. He then went to banking school and used classroom as well as real world knowledge to do property valuations for loan officers as in-house appraisals for a local bank. During this same time, Brad received his KY Real Estate License and became an agent for an independent real estate broker. Now, he very much looks forward to the opportunities at United Country as he specializes in farm properties, hunting properties, rural residential locations and country homes. As a Realtree United Country Land Pro Agent, Brad has over 700,000 connections he can reach out to and help hunters like himself buy or sell their property. He is a graduate of the Kentucky Auction Academy and is currently attending the Realtors Land Institude to become an Accredited Land Consultant.
