My commitment to helping clients and customers in solving "their unique problem" is to be a good listener first, then create the plan that best suits solving their problem. As an executor or administrator, your unique objective may be different from a son or daughter who has been given the responsibility to relocate a parent(s) and manage the sale of land, house and personal property. An overwhelming task at best, now add the time it takes to manage these processes or obstacles (planning & zoning, survey and marketing) that may be required to achieve the highest and best price. I believe everyone deserves a fair and ethical transaction, complete transparency and a proven track record of past success and achieving positive outcomes, don't you?
