Brad is a seasoned real estate professional from Warren County, Kentucky, where he learned the importance of hard work on his family’s 550-acre farm. After graduating from Warren East High School in 1979, he received a Welding degree and attended Western Kentucky University. Brad worked nearly 26 years at UPS as a driver, during which time he developed an interest in real estate. After retiring, he completed banking school and began providing property valuations for a local bank. He earned his KY Real Estate License and became an agent for an independent broker. Now, as a REALTOR/AUCTIONEER, Realtree United Country Land Pro and UC Hunting Properties Agent, Brad has over 700,000 connections, focusing on farm, hunting, and residential properties.
