After graduating from Warren East High School in 1979, he obtained a Welding degree from B.G.S.V.T.S. and attended WKU. Brad began his customer service career at United Parcel Service, where he worked for nearly 26 years, serving the region as a driver. During that time, he developed an interest in real estate, completed banking school, and began offering property valuations for a local bank. He earned his KY Real Estate License and started working as an agent for an independent real estate broker. Today, Brad is a Realtree United Country Land Pro and UC Hunting Properties Agent with over 700,000 connections. He specializes in farm properties, hunting properties, rural residential locations, and country homes. Brad is a dedicated member of the RASK, KAA, Lions Club, KY Colonel’s, and Mt. Chris Gravil Owner/Partner/Broker/Auctioneer

Chris was born and raised on a cattle, crop, and tobacco farm in the Warren County/Bowling Green, Kentucky area. He graduated from Warren East High School in 1994 and from Western Kentucky University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He also graduated from the Missouri Auction School and Ward Elliott Institute of Real Estate in 1998 and has been a full-time realtor/auctioneer since.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker & Auctioneer in Kentucky and Tennessee and is experienced in residential, farm, commercial, multi-family, and residential development property selling at auction and conventionally. He also is experienced in equipment auctions as well.  In 2011 Chris left Remax and purchased a United Country with his current business partner.  Today this company has grown to 3 offices located in Bowling Green, Franklin and Brownsville Kentucky.

He and his wife Jennifer along with their 3 sons live on a farm where farm where they have a commercial and registered herd of beef cattle and raise corn, soybeans, wheat and hay.   In addition Chris and Jennifer manage their long term and Airbnb rental properties.  In their spare time, they enjoy following their sons playing basketball.  

Chris's hobbies in his spare time include hunting, fishing and camping.
